I\'m particularly interested in partnership models that deliver fairness, resilience and shared success.Over the past nine years, I’ve worked across retail, agriculture and global supply chains, leading strategic partnerships that balance performance with purpose. My career has been shaped by a belief that long-term success comes from collaboration, trust and shared value.I’ve led multi-million-pound, multi-stakeholder programmes across beef, dairy and crop supply chains, working with retailers, producers, processors, NGOs and industry bodies. Whether developing integrated supply chains, delivering sustainability commitments, or representing organisations externally, my focus is always on turning ambition into practical, measurable outcomes.I’m known for influencing without authority, translating insight into strategy, and creating environments where partners feel confident to invest, innovate and commit for the long term.
