I lead, mentor and managed a team of 22 people in Perth Australia and Mainfreight offered the opportunity to come to Houston to build up the branch. After two years with a team of 18 and record profits and results upper management decide to split the branch in March 2023. My operation manager became Branch Manager to take air and I kept the ocean business unit. Now we are re building up the team and I started developing our project division.\\\\nI’m in charge of all facets of business as it it is my own with full authority and decision making. Hiring, disciplining, training, mentoring, etc. I have experience on Cargo Wise, P&L, cost control and budget. Mainfreight own CMR system. With background in sales I enjoy developing successful sales people.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
