ABOUT JOCELYN HARRIS

I have fulfilled multiple roles throughout my professional experience including Regional Property Manager, Marketing Director, Community Property Manager and Compliance Associate. In each position, I held the responsibility of leading team members and managing the daily operations and processes necessary to ensure that all communities and properties were properly managed to ensure efficiency and progression in meeting outlined goals. In my most recent position, I am a Program Manager and am responsible for administering program operations and communicating regularly with guardians of residents, answering questions, and addressing concerns. I am also responsible for providing support to team members and residents, ensuring the properties and communities are properly maintained, managing finances and financial reporting, and successfully improving community processes. I have been recognized for my ability to successfully resolve complex situations, coordinate and manage schedules, supervise a variety of ongoing projects, exceed performance expectations, train, develop, and lead team members, and implement strategies for efficiency. I have also been recognized for my ability to maintain compliance, manage multiple properties, develop detailed reports, implement process improvements, and perform a variety of training and leadership tasks. My consistent yet proven experience has equipped me with the necessary leadership, property management, and operational support skills to contribute to your organization.
