Work with internal departmental teams to ensure program success, meeting and exceeding sales and program goals, delivering top quality service to clients (implementers and utilities) and end-users, and continuing to expand GridPoint offering to customers. Support all program activities and assist the utility program management team to define operational expectations and internal reporting requirements to achieve successful programs. Collaborate with GridPoint teams, including sales, install management, customer success, product, IT, engineering, and support to orchestrate successful program deliveries and implement best practices. Provide excellent customer service and program management to utility customers and users and ensure compliance with program and customer requirements. Work closely with utilities to understand current and future market needs and identify new business opportunities. Track progress on program deliverables and provide analytics as part of overall program fulfillment. Help guide customers with support issues to the right people and seek solutions to prevent issues in the future. Educate and collaborate with the customer and sales partners to identify the optimal energy program mix and curtailment strategies to fit the unique business conditions of the customer. Develop customized sales strategies and account plans.
