User helpdesk : user rights, helpdesk on IS issues, continuous improvement and user feedbacks, specific extractions with SQL queries- IS management : processing of incoming interface rejections in the database, accounting configurations(accounts, third parties, cost centers,VAT, currencies, transaction settings(entries, letters, payments, views and extractions), fixed assets and recurrings module\'s management- Accounting : currency rates update, closures of the exercises in the IS(reports, revaluation, reorganization of the analytical elements), takeover of new companies in the IS, merger of companies in the IS, specific extractions (eg: accounting entry files, etc.)
