U’s staff professional development initiatives toward growing our capacity to meet the needs of staff and youth served in our programs.• Advises and coaches managers on all aspects of Core HR processes including recruiting and selection, performance management and development, talent management, compensation, HR policies, etc.• Provide ongoing support on any people-related matters, policies, or procedures• Create and encourage a culture where employees thrive.• Build internal and external relationships which support HR and organizational goals.• Onboarding & Offboarding of employees and contractors. Conduct new hire orientation. Evaluation and input of our current vendors.• Place and update job postings on various internet and social media platforms.
