Oversee management of the Player Services program and team for the Citi Open, an ATP Tour 500 level tournament. Duties include managing a team of staff, interns and volunteers in the planning, lead up and during the event. Negotiating hotel and catering contracts, creation of the athlete gifting program, coordinating with media and sponsorship teams on all contractual requirements and working to the ATP Tour to ensure all standards are met to produce one of the top events in tennis.
