I am a Documentation Specialist IV for Digi International (Digi), one of the leading global providers of mission-critical and business-critical machine-to-machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity products and services. As a part of Digi\'s Engineering Services team, I perform configuration management tasks on a daily basis. I administer actions in our Product Lifecycle Management System, Arena - communicating with cross-functional teams to execute any updates needed for product compliance. Tasks include maintaining component parts, change orders, and BOM structures per product SME recommendations and necessary standard requirements. This allows our Contract Manufacturers to produce products efficiently and effectively for our customers.Beyond configuration analysis and coordination, I lead Acquisition Integration for newly acquired Digi companies, Arena Training for new Digi users and Contract Manufacturers, and monitor Digi Marketing Documentation.
