I provide OD consultancy, training, facilitation and coaching products - all designed to develop you and your staff teams become more productive, more skilled and confident and more resilient. I work on site or remotely. Working extensively in social housing, NHS primary care and VSCE, with a specific focus on the integration of health and social care services - I have an in-depth knowledge of the challenges you face. Each of my interventions is bespoke - intuitively designed and delivered to solve the problem that my client has. Each assignment will have a definite focus on building capacity, productivity and confidence.
