ABOUT JOHN CAMPBELL
My passion is working with people who are on a quest to discover who they truly are, what their purpose in life is, how they can have an impact in this world and how their values can guide their decision making. In simple words focusing on human beings rather than human doings, living a life of meaning rather than one defined by transactions. People say I bring wisdom and lightness, curiosity and playfulness, grounded clarity, service and humility with love and compassion to all my relationships. I work with individuals, organisations and communities helping them to clarify their journeys through coaching, mentoring and guiding. I offer support and challenge which enables my clients to be the best version of themselves they can be. As a facilitator of transitions I have spent over thirty years of my life reflecting on what makes me the person I am and recognising there is always lots to learn. My experience covers many years of senior line management for FTSE100 organisations and running my own successful businesses for over two decades. I have also invested a great deal of time in my own development so I believe that I can claim to have done the work on myself which enables me to support others in their journeys. I am a husband, father, uncle and grandfather to an extraordinary family. And I am committed to working towards the Sustainable Development Goals both personally and professionally as I have a responsibility to leave the planet in a better condition for my children’s children.
