Working as an Integration Analyst in a fast-paced, highly challenging, rapidly growing, and complex innovative company whose motive is to use technology to move maximum freight with fewer trucks on the road. Responsible for planning, designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining API system integrations to facilitate data exchange with clients. Project management and tracking of technical client onboarding to provide a smooth and professional client onboarding experience to Shipper and Carriers. Work with a range of stakeholders, including Technical Account Managers, Operations Managers, Head of Engineering, Business Analysts, Testers, Customer Service and external parties like Shippers and Carriers to analyse problems, and business needs and improve processes.\\\\n\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\n• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather business needs and requirements (Miro, MS Teams, Jira)\\\\n• Work with the engineering team to develop technical solutions\\\\n• Project management of technical client onboarding by working with Technical Account Manager (Monday Board)\\\\n• User acceptance and end-to-end testing, working with Testers to develop and execute test cases (Test Rail, Postman, AWS Cloudwatch, Dynamo DB, Selenium Web Driver, SQL)\\\\n• Mapping existing processes and analyse them to recommend improvements (Miro, Power BI)\\\\n• Document business processes and update them in a timely manner (Confluence)\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
