Risk Management• Conducting Risk Assessment of processes and applications within an account.• Maintaining Location Risk Register for the facility covering risks of its surrounding areas.• Conducting Risk Assessment for new site/facility or in case of migration of accounts/ site.• Closures of gaps highlighted and reviewing the solutions/controls provided by the stakeholders and the client.• Co-ordinate during Certification/ Re-certification/ Surveillance audit of ISO 27001, HITRUST CSF,PCI DSS, GDPR & Client audits• Ensuring implementation of controls recommended by regular audits.• Security incident Management, conducting investigation of Security Incidents reported and submitting a comprehensive report of the findings.• Updating the report that consists of RCA, CAPA.• Risk identification, apprising the Management of revenue loss, legal implications, penalties etc. caused due to the same, if any.• Implementing the controls & learning from an SIR in all applicable area.Business Continuity Management• Conduct Business Impact Assessment and Risk Assessment to study security controls that are in place and suggest advances in existing system with a view to make it robust.• Creating BCP document as per standards based on inputs from BIA and RA to ensure continuity of critical business units during planned and unplanned disruption.• Planning & implementation of Tabletop exercise, simulation exercise, maintenance shutdown, evacuation drill for the accounts.• Reviewing & approving the monthly test reports of Physical Security & Facility.Client / External & Internal Audits• Facilitating client audits for the site to ensure compliances and adherence to policies.• Facilitating third party certifications for the site viz: ISO27001, SSAE16 etc.• Preparing & updating the audit checklist as per the Contract and ISMS controls.
