Apply sound judgement to interpret legislation and policy, identify non-compliance or barriers to participation, and determine appropriate corrective or supportive actions.Review, verify and analyze client documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and audit-ready records; maintain detailed case notes in ministry case management systems.Identify and assess risk factors and escalate concerns in accordance with ministry protocols and duty-to-report requirements.Communicate complex program requirements clearly and respectfully to clients, often in emotionally charged or high-stress situations, while promoting understanding and compliance.Contribute to quality assurance, program integrity reviews and continuous improvement initiatives through accurate reporting and issue identification.Adhere to privacy, confidentiality, workplace safety and ethical standards in all client interactions and documentation.
