I lead resources mobilization, monitoring, and implementation support to programs under five thematic areas of Gram Vikas across 244 villages of Kandhamal district of Odisha.I support the implementation of the Safe and Dignified Migration Project of Gram Vikas in the Kalahandi district of Odisha. The ‘Safe and Dignified Migration of the Rural Poor’ project will create community-level capabilities, institutional systems, and processes to enable safe and dignified migration for migrant workers in the Odisha-Kerala corridor.
