ABOUT JOANNA WONG

I thrive at the start of things: when the motion is new, the process doesn\'t exist yet, and the path forward has to be built from scratch. At Webflow, I\'ve had the opportunity to do that repeatedly across multiple roles: founding or scaling new post-sales motions, technical implementation functions, and enablement programs where none existed before. Over time, my focus has shifted from executing those motions to designing them in my current role as GTM Strategy & Operations. My work sits at the intersection of Product and Revenue: translating complex product releases into field-ready GTM motions, building the cross-functional processes and tooling that make GTM teams effective, and bridging the gap between what\'s being built and how it lands with enterprise customers.I\'m at my best in ambiguous, high-stakes environments where strong judgment, cross-functional trust, and a bias for action matter most.
