As a Learning and Organizational Development Consultant with over 7 years of experience, I often lead conversations with \'WHY.\' Why is your organization structured in this manner? Why are members of your team aligned to these competencies? Why do you believe your employees aren\'t performing effectively? The discovery of the WHY allows me to respect the client\'s thought-process, while suggesting new ones to enhance OD outcomes. I\'ve found that this effectively promotes my relationships with stakeholders, and it automatically converts me from an \'OD Savior\' into an authentic Advisor that wants the best for the team. The WHY makes it possible to speak the same language and empathize with the client, two things I deeply enjoy doing. Over the course of 7 years, I\'ve performed Workforce Planning by identifying the critical skills and talents required to fill jobs. Additionally, I led Organizational Design initiatives at a global organization by providing strategic guidance on mergers and acquisitions, and the reallocation of employees. Currently, I serve as a Learning Consultant and advise on appropriate learning modalities, track and measure employee performance, and facilitate organizational development workshops. During this exciting journey, I have always asked \'WHY.\' The power of understanding people\'s stories allows me to provide a human touch to my services.    As a Learning Solutions Consultant, I conduct needs analyses to assess the learning needs of up to employees in the US. I liaise with HR Business Partners, Lines of Business, and other Learning Consultants by asking WHY individuals may be performing at their respective levels. This allows me to facilitate discussions with my clients and provide appropriate learning solutions that targets employee performance. Outside of learning, I am a trusted advisor on organizational development related topics such as Leadership Development, Organizational Design and Change Management. I enjoy a combination of Learning and Organizational Development related work.
