I am the Manager of International Policy within RMI’s Climate-Aligned Industries program, where I lead RMI’s portfolio of projects advancing the International Maritime Organization’s (IMO) Net-Zero Framework, the first global climate policy for a hard-to-abate sector. My work spans high-level advocacy with industry and national delegations, analytical modeling of macroeconomic and fleet impacts, and catalytic support to accelerate the deployment of zero- and near-zero (ZNZ) fuels.With nearly a decade of international experience across business development, mining, innovation, technical analysis, and climate policy, I leverage my multidisciplinary background to advance the global energy transition. I work at the intersection of policy, economics, and deployment, translating complex modeling into actionable policy solutions and enabling real-world fuel transitions that bridge ambition with implementation.
