ABOUT JOÃO PEDRO DE LIRA WOJCIKIEWICZ

Been exclusively and integrally studying Physics at college since 2012 where I\'ve developed many useful skills - such as programming, data analysis and problem solving, got knowledge of things in a more elementary level and even got an award for my achievements through the course.Master of Science in Physics.Have avid curiosity on many subjects and great motivation to learn those by myself.I\'m currently working as a Backend Senior Engineer at League Inc in the platform team, where I am responsible for several platform oriented projects such as extensibility. At League I am a very knowledgeable asset who loves to be available to set others up to success, aiding with problem solving, doing thorough code reviews and teaching about our platform and technologies.My absolute best skills are undoubtedly- Golang- Python- Git- Kubernetes- Docker- Google Cloud Provider (GCP)- Bash and linux administration in general- RESTful APIs- MondoDB and SQL- Data analysis and machine learningI like to proactively think out solutions to problems and propose projects about those. My knowledge allows me to quickly prototype proof of concepts to showcase and discuss with the broader audience so we can all figure out the best way forward. If I do not really know something, I let the curious bug bite me and learn more of this subject to better help solve the present problem.The two proudest projects that I helped are i) deploying an API gateway package in vanilla GCP kubernetes with no downtime and canary rollout; ii) drawing the best way to make the platform extensible for custom integrations from the ground up, teaching a lot along the way.Currently I am working on honing my team lead skill to get to the next level and better do one of the things I like the most which is sharing knowledge.
