As the Director of Hotel Operations at Royal Caribbean Group, I oversee the hotel experience onboard the largest cruise ships in the world, with a capacity of 6500 guests each. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in F&B and hotel operations, as well as an extensive newbuilding, start up, and pre and post opening experience of private destinations in the Caribbean Islands. With more than 36 years of experience in the cruise industry, I have worked in local and international markets, managing diverse teams and delivering exceptional service and quality standards. I am a Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS) and have completed hotel management courses at Cornell University and high leadership courses at Florida International University.
