Fine Arts Photography and Photojournalism/Documentary Projects, Visual Design for Theatre. I am an Independent Artist working and living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently I am looking for Exhibition opportunities, as well as collaborative projects and group exhibitions. Under fiscal sponsorship of Intersection for the Arts Incubator program, I produce numerous projects including Visual Design, Theatre Creation and Producing, and interdisciplinary work. My current collaborative work is in Visual/Media Set Design for Theater. These projects include amongst them Mirrors in Every Corner (as a contributor to the Set Design by Bay Area Visual Artist Evan Bissell), Tree City Legends (with Dennis Kim, directed by Marc Bamuthi Joseph), The River a collaboration with playwrights Richard Montoya and Sean San Jose, Alleluiah, by Luis Alfaro, Habibi by Sharif Abu-Hamdeh, and Spiritrials by Dahlak Braithwaite, directed by Marc Bamuthi Joseph. My first solo exhibit opened the new Ictus Gallery in the Mission District of San Francisco (April 23, 2011- July 16, 2011) presented by Lumina Arts. Current exhibits include a photo-collage mural inside of Intersection for the Arts (925 Mission Street, SF) and a group show with Khalil Anthony and Aaron Terry at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, Room for Big Ideas (May 16 - September 16, 2012). I am also producing a large scale public art projects with artist Brett Cook that resulted in the permanent installation of portraits throughout the city of Oakland, CA. entitled Reflections of Healing, and a national project in under served communities called Life is Living. see I completed a three year state-wide community engagement project in 2013 entitled CALIFAS, as well as a three year project entitled NOGALES in 2017. I\'m currently working on engagement projects Selena and the Queens of San Antonio (in the state of Texas) and Last Days of Pu\'uene Mill (in California and Hawai\'i).
