With over 11 years of federal contracting experience, I have supported the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Navy in delivering mission-critical capabilities in service to the warfighter.In my current role as a Senior Acquisition Consultant Deputy Team Lead, I serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert to Government Program Managers within the U.S. Border Patrol’s Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD). I support the modernization, scaling, and deployment of advanced “eyes and ears” technologies that enhance situational awareness across both northern and southern borders.As a former Contracting Officer, I developed deep expertise in contract management, negotiation, and administration, ensuring requirements were executed with precision and integrity. During my tenure with the U.S. Coast Guard, I led clean energy contracting initiatives in partnership with the Department of Energy’s Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), shaping agency energy goals and delivering acquisition strategies that advanced sustainability, efficiency, and operational readiness.• Acquisition Strategy and Support: Guide the development of SOWs, PWSs, and RFPs for critical border security technologies. • Technology Modernization: Lead acquisition efforts for CBP capabilities, accelerating the integration of surveillance systems, sensors, and AI‑enabled tools. • Contract Lifecycle Management: Support the full acquisition lifecycle—from requirements definition through award and performance oversight. • Stakeholder Engagement: Bridge communication between industry partners and Government teams to ensure rapid, mission‑aligned solution delivery. Across my career, I’ve managed procurements spanning construction, supplies, services, architecture and engineering, IT, research and development, and energy contracting. I hold DAWIA Professional in Contracting, FAC‑C Professional in Contracting, and DAWIA Level I in Program Management certifications, along with an active security clearance.I’m driven by a commitment to acquisition excellence and delivering impactful, measurable results for federal agencies.
