I am a senior HR executive with deep expertise in board-facing executive compensation, total rewards, shared services and extensive global experience in the multiple industries - apparel/footwear, CPG and pharmaceutical industries. I deliver practical business solutions, with a successful track record of developing high performing teams, implementing innovative programs, managing change, leading continuous improvement and delivering positive ROI on HR dollars spent. I\'m passionate about and skilled at leading functionally and culturally diverse teams to successfully deliver results. I have experience leading: Executive compensation and global compensation, global employee benefits, mobility and relocation, global HR operations and technologies (providing the infrastructure for all HRMS and HR tools including compensation, talent management and acquisition, learning, and mobility), and compensation and benefits internationally for Europe and AMEA. I have led several HR components of spinning off/standing up a publicly traded company including executive compensation, equity, compensation, benefits, operations and have significant experience related to acquisitions and divestitures.Currently at VF Corporation, I lead Total Rewards and People Services (HR shared services, including technology). Prior to my five years leading global and executive compensation and shared services at PepsiCo, I gained extensive international experience abroad while serving as the Global Head of Compensation and Benefits for the Novartis Consumer Health Division. My experience includes 10 years living and working in both the Basel and Geneva areas of Switzerland for Novartis where I led several global business unit compensation and benefit teams as well as serving as the rewards integrator/interface to the Novartis corporate compensation and benefits team and as a member of the Novartis HR Leadership Team. Prior to Novartis, I led global compensation and benefits for five years for ACCO World Corporation.
