I have been working as a solicitor acting on behalf of those injured in accidents for the past 30 years. I don’t subscribe to the theory that we have a claims culture in the UK and support those who genuinely need and deserve compensation for the injuries they have sustained. Over many years I have witnessed how the effects of an accident and the injuries it causes, impacts individuals and their families.
