I am a senior quality assurance / test engineer with extensive experience focusing on ensuring software quality and leading local and global test teams. I have worked with a Fortune 500 firm in multiple quality assurance positions, allowing me opportunities to hone my skills in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), the Defect Life Cycle, and Agile methodologies. I also have extensive experience in both manual and automated software testing using keyword automation frameworks, implementing data-driven test cases for both mobile and desktop applications. I am proficient using test and defect tracking tools such as Testrail and Jira. I also have experience using GitHub version control software and Jenkins for continuous improvement and continuous delivery of code. I have utilized Postman, JSON, Python, as well as the keyword automation framework for API and data testing. I am also familiar with Selenium concepts for UI testing. In my testing career, I also have experience implementing input and output data validation tests for security issues on HTTP request and response data. In addition I have performed accessibility testing using tools such as the Chrome extension, IBM Equal Access Accessibility Checker and Level Access. During my career I also obtained my Project Management Professional certification giving me the opportunity to utilize my project management skills in my role as a release lead. In this role I demonstrated leadership by working with cross-functional and global teams to guide the team to multiple successful general availability (GA) milestones under tight deadlines.
