   Wray Ward is an inspired marketing communications firm that specializes in the home and building sectors, supporting brands that elevate the style, comfort, function and experience of the American home. With a complete range of in-house services, our work isn’t just more efficient; it’s better performing. We offer four essential functions — insights, client engagement, connections and creative — that provide a continuous flow of ideas, engage audiences, drive brand experiences and deliver real value to our clients and their customers. As a brand strategy and marketing communications leader, I help clients make better results-driven marketing decisions grounded in market research and business strategy, inspired by audience insights, and delivered through creative brand experiences. I own the Discovery, Insights and Strategic Planning processes, employing a breadth of tools and resources including qualitative/quantitative research methodologies, workshop facilitation, consumer segmentation and personas, brand platform development, and customer experience mapping and design. As an active participant in Wray Ward’s client and creative teams, I collaborate to craft the agency’s strategic deliverables that inform and inspire our creative solutions, performance measurement, and business planning.
