ABOUT JOANNE TRAN
A creative and analytical digital marketing professional turned psychotherapist with a strong interest in mindfulness-based interventions and bridging the gap between traditional therapeutic approaches and alternative healing modalities. I strive to create a space where I can address concerns through a holistic lens, from mindfulness and meditation to nutrition and movement, since I feel well-being encompasses not only the mind but also the body and spirit.
