As an Employer Partnerships Manager, I lead strategic engagement between the university and employers. I focus on developing and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with a diverse network of organisations—ranging from local SMEs to national employers—ensuring their workforce needs are met while enhancing the employability and career readiness of our graduates.
