As a technologist, a strategist, a collaborator and connector, who is deeply values-led, I am passionate about harnessing new and emerging technologies. I have delivered global impact based on cutting-edge capabilities, having spent over two decades: working with world-class technology experts, managing large budgets, leading strategic and organisational change, 🫱‍🫲 and leading inclusive teams and diverse groups of people and skills, often in high-risk situations.I bring expertise in managing relationships with senior stakeholders, C-suite executives, academia and Ministers. And I specialise in: aligning the complexities and novelties of technology with strategy, integrating technologies across enterprises, and have a track record of doing so in executive-level roles across Governments and companies who are shaping the future of technology, and our world.As a snowsports professional and an experienced member of Boards in the UK sports sector, I am also deeply passionate about harnessing data and technology in elite sports, and closing the sports gender gap - using data-based decision-making to improve representation, performance, and reach.A qualified Chartered Director with the IoD and an experienced Board member, in both executive and non-executive roles, I bring strategic and Board leadership skills, kind challenge, market context, and corporate governance expertise.🤍 Importantly, I am an instinctive collaborator and a deeply values-led leader; trust, integrity, and courage are important to me. I believe strongly in putting humanity at the heart of technology and I endeavour to achieve this!
