Instituted highly successful engagement initiatives including departmental committees, mentoring program, and learning and development program. Developed and deployed tools, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency and scale of legal operations. • Member of the Rackspace Technology company and legal senior leadership teams, Technology Council and AI Committee. Highly collaborative servant leader, working closely with the company’s executive team and audit team to enable strategic business objectives, ensure compliance and manage risk.
