With a background in Finance and Psychology I build trusting relationships and focus on outcome driven results to build sustainable culture change. Proven record of accomplishment of building an Equality, Diversity & Inclusiveness Global strategy from the ground up which required an openness and ability to deal with ambiguity and tight deadlines to create a sustainable model. Graduated in 2019 with distinction with a Masters in HR Management and Development, including employment law, project management and strategic business with a dissertation in Psychological Safety in minority groups. Doctoral student with Cranfield University on the topic of privilege. I provide strategic consulting and inclusiveness expertise to support our “highest performing teams” strategy. I consult with and coach business leaders in developing and integrating inclusiveness goals and strategies into all business practices and processes.
