A combination of counselor, connector and champion, I’m committed to bringing to the table creative solutions, fresh thinking, up-to-the-minute information, and innovative new ideas and insights our advisors can share with their clients as our industry and the markets continually shift and change. A hands-on, solutions-oriented leader, I’m passionate about the business and consider it a privilege to help advisors learn, grow and make a meaningful difference in their clients’ lives, finances and futures. I began my career at Merrill Lynch and have since dedicated my 30-year career to serving, developing and leading financial advisors. I leverage my background and experiences to advise and guide high-performing, success-oriented professionals to bring their unique vision for their own businesses into focus. I’m results-driven and committed to helping our advisors expand their comfort zones, set bigger goals and strive to achieve what’s most important to them. I became a Texan as a teen, went to college in Austin and lived in Dallas for years before relocating to Springfield, Missouri, where my husband, Dari, and I now call home. I support community-based women’s causes and work to provide advocacy and career development for women in finance.
