Providing administrative support to the Land & Development Director, Planning the key responsibilities are:Assist Director with reports and presentations to RIC, GIC, Exec and PLC board.Organise and take minutes for key meetings including Development Land & Planning, Post Exchange, Client Group and Land Team meetings. Maintain Land Database; process land introductions and reject land introductions in a timely manner onto Land Database. Receive and handle Land Department post and be first port of call for telephone calls.Maintain land contact database, organise Land entertainment events and produce regular mail shots to target organisations.Diary management and general secretarial/administrative support for all members of the Land Team, including holiday planning and recording.Prepare documents for GIC; Memos and Land Completion Requests Process requests from Solicitors for payments relating to land acquisitionsProvide Technical Information Packs for other departments either in paper form or electronic format.Assist in the assembly / production and procurement of planning applications and appeal submissions.Raise Land Purchase Orders and process Invoice via company software Update weekly/monthly reports to HO: Land Prospects Spreadsheet, Land Offers Report Arrange travel and overnight accommodation in accordance with Company policy and expense limits.
