With a robust background in chemistry and a proven track record in both research and production management, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic thinking to my work. As a Research Scientist specializing in High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Fast Protein Liquid Chromatography (FPLC), I have honed my skills in resin control, instrumentation, and quality assurance, driving innovation and efficiency in the lab. My role at PolyAnalytik Canada has seen me lead a team of talented professionals, where I’ve been responsible for overseeing the production of HPLC/FPLC columns, managing the entire process from raw material procurement to final product output. My leadership extends to scheduling and planning, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and meet the stringent demands of our clients. Additionally, my focus on quality control and process improvement has been instrumental in maintaining the high standards that our customers expect. Beyond my technical and managerial skills, I’m also a dedicated health consultant and an e-commerce business owner, where I apply my knowledge of vitamins and supplements to guide consumers toward better health choices. My diverse experience allows me to approach challenges with a well-rounded perspective, whether in the lab, in business, or customer relations.
