All branches collectively handle planning, development, and implementation of policies and procedures concerning information management, fiscal operations, technology contracts and requirements, FOIA, Human Research Protection Program, public inquiries, training all office staff on compliance, personnel, and understanding of legislation and regulations that drive CTP’s administrative and strategic goals.• Plan, manage, organize, and direct all the OCE IT system operations, by interpreting and executing changing tobacco-related laws.• Advise senior leadership and different divisions on budgetary decisions by developing fiscalrecommendations, risk and mitigation strategies, estimates, forecasts, weekly reports on contractacquisitions, and biannual expense presentations.• Give regular IT contract presentations to directors and high-level leadership on contract status and provide administrative/technical direction to scientific health and compliance teams.• Prepare written work products such as SOWs, project plans, financial estimates/proposals, functionalrequirements, status reports, meeting reports, executive-level briefings, and SOPs/job aids.• Supply timely, accurate, and relevant information on policies, procedures, guidance material, and regulatory requirements to assist senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders, and management in making decisions on increasing efficiency of various IT projects and comms.• Prepare analyses on the impact of proposed changes to law and Agency regulations that affect IT functions, program segments, and activities of the organization.
