ABOUT JOANNE MCCLUNG
I\'m a digital designer with over 17 years of creative experience and a strong focus on e-commerce and digital brand development. I specialise in creating meaningful, effective design solutions across web, email, video, and social channels - working with both established brands and growing businesses.In my previous role as Senior Digital Designer at Comfy Group HQ in Wilmslow, I led digital creative direction across a diverse portfolio including Silentnight, Sealy, Snug, Nanu, Sleepy People, and Cosmopolitan. In 2022 I led the full creative rebrand of Sleepy People, establishing new brand guidelines from the ground up to support its rapid growth.My day-to-day work included designing and building emails, web assets, and wireframes; producing 4K product videos for QVC and overseeing digital output across multiple channels. I also handled a range of visual content needs - product photography manipulation with AI, image retouching, internal branding, signage, and corporate communications.Beyond the digital world, I have a broad creative background—from freelance illustration and logo design to large-scale installations and design for silkscreen printing.
