Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the colleague & candidate experience and journey. Working closely with people leaders, managers, and colleagues to identify pain points, streamline processes, and create a workplace culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.Design & maintain an overall framework to support experience and journey management across the full range of people journeys, utilising and embedding methodologies taken from human-centred and service design practices, as well as innovative and agile ways of working to support the effective delivery of change. Collaborating with People team COEs to map the colleague & candidate journeys throughout the lifecycle, identifying touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Analysing people processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies & pain points to recommend improvements to streamline workflows and enhance the colleague journey and ensure appropriate testing is in place as part of implementation planning. Utilising colleague feedback and people metrics to track and measure the effectiveness of People initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Delivering against key initiatives as set out across the people plan, with the outcome of improving experiences for colleagues and managers.
