Portfolio comprises of all things B&I such as car parks to full factory refurbishment. Delivery of complex Major Projects include Client Side Design Team (CSDT) management. Delivery of Intermediate Projects include integrated team management such as management of IT, asbestos and other sub contractors. All projects require delivery from concept to commission and Customer handover.

I am IOSH qualified and used to managing projects in compliance to C.D.M.I have a strong target driven approach along with a proven track record of delivering projects from conception to completion meeting Customer requirements.I have strong organisational skills, stakeholder management (up to Executive Vice President status), risk management and change control skills having been entrusted to run significant projects and to deliver them to safety, time, cost and technical specification. I am a good communicator at all levels, enthusiastic and capable of developing and maintaining excellent working relationships. I have lots of experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders such as EA, HS & E, LDA, county councils, landowners, customer/client, DNO, English Heritage and many others.
