With experience of response, planning, training, exercising and debriefing, I take processes and lessons identified and assist forming resolutions to support services in moving forward with robust planning and response through training and exercises.With a desire to learn and excel in everything I do, I have progressed through being an operational member of staff in the ambulance service, specialist responder and instructor, emergency planner, manager, completed emergency preparedness qualifications to level 7 and plan to continue gathering knowledge and experience to strengthen my skills.
