Oversee the Programming Operations and Planning teams for Disney+ Europe, Middle East and AfricaKey responsibilities include:Working closely with local markets on EMEA planning framework and local planning. Set EMEA planning and sunrise dates for priority titles across global branded content, Originals, local Originals/acquisitions, and pay 1 movies reviewing competitive activity and utilizing viewing data.Consolidate regional content calendars and schedules, ensuring efficient alignment of priorities where possible.Manage the service content catalogue to ensure Disney+ meets all regulations, including European quota.Responsible for video, audio, metadata and artwork delivery across EMEA ranging from identifying and ordering localization, tracking deliveries and liaising with local markets to ensure content is delivered to specification.Work with Global Content Operations team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of assets, including all relevant messaging and metadata, onto the service across all marketsProject lead future product developments that impact content operationsCommunicating all information from the EMEA markets to International stakeholders and vice versa. Working with Technology teams to improve the current operating model and processes to develop a more robust, consistent operations process across EMEA and with the Global team.
