ABOUT JOANNE FOWLES
Having completed two apprenticeships previously, I have a real passion for the apprenticeship and training sector and I am proud to be working with The Development Manager (TDM) who are an award winning training provider supporting local organisations to digitally transform and develop the tech and digital skills of their employees or new recruits. My career journey led me to gaining a Level 5 qualification in Human Resources, together with 6 years of HR experience. This experience and knowledge enabled me to contribute effectively to TDM\'s culture of \"doing well, by doing good\" in my previous role as a Career Builder. I have now taken on a new challenge at TDM, progressing to a Performance and Development Coach where I can continue to grow, both personally and professionally. As a Performance and Development Coach at TDM, I have the pleasure of building relationships with learners on our 12-week Skills Bootcamp programme to support them into new tech and digital careers or to develop and grow in their existing roles.
