Joanne has more than 30 years experience in the energy industry across a variety of geographic regions. She has served in executive roles with TSX and NYSE listed companies operating in North America, South America and the Middle East for over 15 years. She has demonstrated business acumen and legal leadership with respect to international growth, M&A, complex corporate transactions and public capital markets. During her career, she has advised Boards of Directors on a broad range of matters, shaped corporate strategies and engaged with a range of stakeholders. She has served on the boards of numerous subsidiary companies around the world.
