ABOUT JOANNE C.

As a passionate advocate of human development and lifelong learning I have been able to include coaching and mentoring in various ways in business and a career spanning 30years. I love working with people from all walks of life, recognising that each person’s sense of fulfilment, success, belonging, identity, happiness and purpose is unique as are the challenges they face and the opportunities brought about in everyday life. As a professional Co-active Coach | PCC | CPCC and RTT Clinical Hypnotherapist I am committed to maintain the highest professional standard working to the code of ethics, competency and ongoing professional development for services provided. My purpose is to make a positive, healthy, and profound impact on people’s everyday lives to improve their physical and mental health. Helping guide individuals to uncover their truest potential and be able to live each day more intentionally and fulfilled. Over the last 30 years I have been able to experience many different aspects and types of business, including significant P&L accountability, leading small, large and multidisciplinary teams, leading transformation programmes, partnering senior leaders, directors and executive teams shaping the strategy of business and working life for thousands of employees. My commitment is to end suffering by inspiring and guiding individuals in finding the most appropriate support. This includes recommending alternative therapists or options for specialist conditions in circumstances which are outside the remit of the service I offer.
