ABOUT JOANNE BUTLER
With over 44years of experience in the healthcare sector, I am a management consultant and an executive coach who specialises in redesign, strategy, transformation, and implementation at local, system, or regional levels. I have an MSc in Interventional Cardiology, a Diploma in Professional Coach Mentoring, and multiple certifications and awards in leadership and improvement science. I work as a freelance management consultant, as well as an EMCC accredited executive coach mentor for the NHS NEY Leadership Academy and the West Midlands NHS Leadership Academy. I am passionate about enabling transformational change across systems using effective leadership and cultural change, as well as harnessing data and digitalisation to better understand and deliver system transformation. I have led and delivered successful improvement programmes across a variety of organisations, such as Integrated Health and Care Community Trusts, Out of Hours providers, and Acute Trusts. I have also led and managed an international exchange programme across NHSEI with the VHA (United States).
