Joanne Bradshaw is IBM’s Global Strategic Partnership Leader responsible for IBM’s relationship with Deloitte. She is a creative problem solver who thrives in untested waters and is skilled at creating new business models. Joanne brings the IBM brand and geography teams together to execute the strategic partnerships’ value proposition with a focus on community building and go-to-market enablement. She is a Vice President in the IBM Corporation based out of the Costa Mesa, California office. Joanne is passionate about the identification and development of early career top talent with a focus on mentoring women and creating accelerated paths for their career growth. This is exemplified by her recent executive sponsorship of Adobe + IBM’s Women Rising leadership program as well as her extensive personal mentoring and coaching. Previously, Joanne served as COO of IBM’s Strategic Partnerships unit, a team focused on the execution of IBM’s strategy with IBM’s most important partnerships including Adobe, Apple, AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, Salesforce, Samsung, SAP, and Workday. During her years at IBM, Joanne has performed various financial and operational leadership roles where she has led initiatives to maximize business performance, improve operational discipline, create new commercial/pricing and operating models, and improve employee engagement. Having lived in Europe for 5 years, Joanne has experience working in several European markets. As COO for the Apple Partnership, Joanne was responsible for creating the business surrounding the 100+ iOS applications developed as part of the Apple + IBM partnership. Prior to that, Joanne was the US Distribution Sector GBS Strategy and Operations Executive, responsible for the overall operational performance of a $1.6B business. Joanne is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), licensed by the state of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Joanne is an active volunteer having served as Bishop’s Warden and Treasurer for St. John’s Episcopal Church in Rancho Santa Margarita, California as well as leading an annual Thanksgiving food drive ministry which provides hundreds of families with all the fixings to make and serve a Thanksgiving meal. Joanne enjoys scrapbooking, weightlifting, and hiking and is married with two grown children.
