I can work using own initiative and also as part of a team with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.I enjoy meeting new people and have excellent communications skills both written and oral.I can successfully calculate manual calculations for tax, NIC and Statutory payments, a talent not often needed in current day payroll, as most software often calculates this for you.In recent years with the introduction of Auto enrolment, I have been in charge of the implementation of a workplace pension scheme. I have the ability to fully run a payroll enrolled into the scheme.I believe that I am an approachable person with a flexible and helpful attitude, I am self-motivated and extremely organised.
