Levels vary, from Director Level to Entry positions and everything in between. I have recruited for all industry sectors across the years and as such I work with clients from many markets. Insurance, Credit Hire, Legal,Utilities, Transport and Distribution,Travel and Call Centres to name some of them.Does this mean I am a Jack of all Sectors and Master of none?NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT. After 26 years in recruitment I have contacts and stories I could tell you about recruiting in any of those markets and others. I keep saying I will write the book! When I started JOB the feedback was from clients they wanted to deal with me, one point of contact and for me to really understand the nature of their business and their culture. Because of that relationship they trusted me to find everything from their next FD to a junior accounts assistant, BDM to Lead generator. why?
