Responsible for delivery of the Process Safety Improvement Plan for both offshore and onshore assets. Managing of the Offshore Safety Case and Onshore COMAH report and ensuring that material changes are submitted to the Competent Authority in line with the business needs. Manage external studies as and when required to support regulatory reports. Providing technical reviews in operational risk assessments of hazards with major accident potential. Providing professional engineering judgment and acceptance of risk studies and protective measures. Providing advice (and training) to other departments/teams on Process Safety and Major Accident Hazard awareness. Participating in site investigations. Ensuring all work carried out is in accordance with key offshore and onshore regulatory requirements. Identifying areas for improvements.
