Working in the Finning Digital department with teams that support apps utilized by both internal Finning employees, and external customers spread across Canada, the UK and South America, using Azure, AEM, Angular.NET and Salesforce. Currently directly supports three teams (one Kanban, one SCRUMban and one SCRUM), whilst also training other Scrum Masters on how to improve their own teams. Consistently viewed as a fixer and reliable agent of change, have been placed into ten different teams over three years to improve their performance and team culture, with great success. Metrics Analysis leading to team efficiency: To date, ten different teams have gone from sprint user story closure rates of below 30% to over 85% within 3-6 months of implementing critical analysis of metrics and collaborating with team members to implement these findings, as well as trying to make dry meetings feel fun to improve morale and buy-in. Notably had a team go from zero Production deployments in January and February 2025 to ten in one sprint by August 2025. Agile Coaching: Successfully coached four Scrum Masters to improve their teams’ performance and Way of Working; including their adoption of Agile, SCRUM, Kanban and/or SAFe. Also providing feedback on dealing with team culture and conflicts within their team• Setting up and leading the Scrum Master guild at Finning Digital• Defining common processes and practices for the teams• Leading and supporting the other Scrum Masters to implement the common processes and practices• Tracking and reporting at the Program Increment level metrics and deliverables• Helping with resourcing and recruitment
