Strategic employment solicitor with significant in-house experience. Experienced in Court disputes, injunctive relief and executive reward matters, often with a cross-border angle. Adept at managing senior appointments and exits for listed and private companies. Interest in diversity and inclusion, particularly where linked to corporate governance.I have in-house experience as an Executive Reward Partner in the Global HR division of a FTSE 5 global bio-pharmaceutical company and as Employment Counsel on client secondments for two European investment banks and a global professional services firm.I have worked on employment litigation ranging from Employment Tribunal to Supreme Court cases, including the defence of unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract (executive remuneration) claims. I have experience of enforcing and defending restrictive covenants, including committal proceedings, in the High Court. I have also assisted a listed company with the global implementation and communication of restrictive covenants across its executive population.My broader employment law experience includes matters related to M&A and corporate restructurings and advisory work for UK and international clients across multiple sectors. I have also advised clients on matters involving financial services regulation and data protection.
