As Director of Member Services at TEXO, I focus on strengthening engagement and delivering meaningful value to our members across the construction industry.My career began in the classroom, where I developed a strong foundation in communication, adaptability, and connecting with diverse personalities. That people-centered approach carried into the nonprofit world, where I supported mission-driven outreach and programming. I later transitioned into sales, gaining experience in understanding audience needs, positioning value, and building lasting relationships.Each of these experiences shaped how I lead today—grounded in empathy, adaptability, and a focus on turning big-picture goals into tangible outcomes.At TEXO, I take a cohesive, member-first approach to how we serve and engage our community.
